Circle Mobilizing Because Black Lives Matter is a compassion team of Circle of Hope church formed in 2015. The purpose of Circle Mobilizing is to engage the congregations of Circle of Hope in supporting the Movement for Black Lives, to become active in the local movement, and to assist Circle in the ongoing work of being an anti-racist church. Circle of Hope is located in Philadelphia, PA and Southern NJ.
